I really enjoy listening to music. Especially music that helps me feel good. Relaxing soothing music. Gentle music. Uplifting music. I sometimes use soothing music to help me fall asleep. I love to sing ancient chants to calm my mind. I also love to listen to music to help me relax. All these qualities are very helpful when we know that we ourselves are dying. Or we are around a loved one who is dying. Under these challenging circumstances music can play an important part to help us relax. To trust that all is well. No matter what. That there can be joy. No matter what. That life goes on. Check out the music selections I have chosen for you. These next three are all taken from a website called "Wisdom of the World".
